The customer is responsible for credential confidentiality and assigning proper permissions to staff. Activity performed from the account is considered authorized by the customer.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use OptimPOS for unlawful activities, fraudulent record manipulation, or any use that compromises platform security or stability.

4. Billing and plans

Pricing, limits, and capabilities depend on the active plan. Plan changes may affect capacity, module availability, and support conditions.

5. Availability and support

OptimPOS makes reasonable efforts to maintain high availability. Offline mode supports operational continuity, but customers must follow proper connectivity and hardware practices.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, OptimPOS is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses derived from misuse, misconfiguration, or external service disruptions.
