3. End-customer data
When you store end-customer data in OptimPOS, you act as the data controller and OptimPOS acts as the processor. You decide what data to upload and are responsible for obtaining required consents.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access control, activity logging, and backup practices.
5. Retention
We retain data while your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
